Implementation of product design and sales strategy planning for selling electrical equipment to power plants in Vietnam. ONE-VALUE conducted a hearing survey with major EPC companies and renewable energy investors who are customers on the Vietnamese side. We listened to the needs of our customers for electrical equipment and formulated an approach for marketing.
We also conduct interviews with competitors and investigate the trends of other companies in detail. We obtained detailed information based on hearing surveys, such as the market price of electrical equipment, which is generally difficult to obtain information, and the current state of product types that are selling well in the Vietnamese market.
